Dat doen Cathy en Gert – autodidacten pur sang – sinds kort vanuit een prachtig industrieel pand, net buiten de stadsring van het immer bruisende Gent.
Zijn technisch talent, haar oog voor vormgeving: het resultaat is een brutalistische en tegelijk warme stijl die iedereen charmeert.

The Artisan factory emerged from the traditional woodwork shop Ćostović, which conveyed all its love towards wood and 50-year experience of wood processing into it.
Artisan specializes in the manual production of high quality furniture made from solid wood, and this insistence on manual, artisan work is what sets us apart.
We acquired our first experiences by producing furniture for Dutch and British designers, and we started our own first collection in collaboration with the regional designers in 2007.
Since then, our aim has been to reaffirm the philosophy that guides us with each collection, each piece of wood, with each designer’s vision and diligent craftsmens touch.
Atelier Vierkant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat sinds de jaren 1990 handgemaakte keramische potten en vazen produceert. Elk stuk wordt volledig in België vervaardigd en is uniek in vorm en afwerking. Door de combinatie van ambachtelijk vakmanschap, natuurlijke materialen en een zorgvuldig productieproces zijn de objecten niet alleen sculpturaal en esthetisch, maar ook duurzaam en vorstbestendig. Vandaag wordt Atelier Vierkant wereldwijd gewaardeerd, terwijl de productie trouw verankerd blijft in hun ateliers in Oostende en Ninove.
